4. Orders, Shipping & Returns
Orders & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- We currently ship only within India.
- Fulfillment is managed both by our team and trusted third-party partners.
- Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after processing, though timelines may vary depending on location.
- Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
- Claims must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- To request a return, email hello@magaretail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Approved replacements will be issued free of charge.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Payments
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments.
- Prices are displayed in INR and may include applicable taxes or fees.
- We reserve the right to update pricing, currencies, or payment methods at any time.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, product visuals, and brand assets are the property of Maga Retail. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products. All purchases are made at your own risk, and product performance may vary depending on use or environment.
