We want you to feel confident shopping with Maga Retail. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
- We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return is not due to a verified manufacturing defect or product fault, return shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value will be deducted from the refund prior to processing.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@magaretail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether your return is eligible.
- If approved, we’ll manage the return pickup and process directly - no need for you to ship items back yourself.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, opened toiletries)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, socks)
- Electronics with broken/tampered seals
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a replacement, simply request a return. Once approved, we’ll handle the pickup and you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
