At Maga Retail, we aim to make deliveries simple, fast, and reliable.

Where We Ship
- We currently ship only within India.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes 2–3 business days after processing, depending on your location and courier capacity.
- Fulfillment is handled partly by Maga Retail and partly by trusted third-party logistics partners.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we’ll manage the pickup and return process directly — no need for you to ship the item yourself.
- Approved replacements will be shipped free of charge.
